Architecture

A frozen music

Ya... i do agree with ur concept of treating architecture as a frozen music. Music is physically dynamic and architecture is more physically concrete. But otherwise both the art forms share most of the other characteristics. One noticeable common characteristic is that both the art forms takes us into a different world of experience! Emotions can be created as desired with the help of both architecture and music. If we do a little research on both of the arts, we can find that in both the art forms emotions are achieved through mere combinations of various compositions with the help of similar elements, say for instance, several symphonies and jazz and other pieces r composed out of few similar notes or swaras.. which goes for architecture as well which has few shapes and simple colours to be combined effectively..
